I’m a tulle-loving girl. I think the netted fabric adds a little something to a dress – particularly a wedding gown – giving it the lift it needs and deserves. But, let’s face it, lovelies: the stuff itches. I have a black and white polka dot dress with a bright red sash (it’s quite fabulous) but I avoid wearing it because the bottom layer (bright red tulle!) is so dang itchy.
