    Spring in the Pacific Northwest was the perfect season for this wedding!  During the month of April the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival takes place just to the north of us.  Tulips were an excellent choice for this afternoon wedding at the gorgeous Annie Wright School. The brides bouquet (above) consisted of purple tulips, white waxflower and ruscus.  I wrapped the stems with satin ribbon and accented the handle with pearls.     We are going to end the day with such a cool, awesome, perfect in every way wedding. Can you tell that we are a bit excited about this one? Well there is very good reason.     My obsession with all things yellow is somewhat new. Even when gray and yellow became color palette staples, I wasn’t completely sold.
