    This topsy turvy cake with parrot tulips has some similarities to our pink cupcake topsy turvy cake. Resting atop the cake is a fondant cupcake with gold filigree and a crystal tiara. The parrot tulips are inspired by the “New Moon” book cover from the author of the popular Twilight series. The entire cake was pink velvet with vanilla buttercream.
