I mentioned last week that we would be guest blogging over on Martha Stewart’s The Bride’s Guide…well, our first feature went live yesterday and it was a beauty! We will be sharing the entire wedding with you next week that the fabulous Carrie Patterson photographed, including a pretty awesome DIY project from the bride. But for now, head on over to the galleries at Martha Stewart Weddings to see a sneak peek of the ridiculously lovely affair! And speaking of Martha Stewart, make sure to mark your calendars for their first ever online luxury expo which is kicking off this Saturday! Itâ€... |
We are thrilled to be featured in the Winter 2011 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings! They showcased a custom design project we worked on with our friends at The Wedding Library, drawing inspiration from a vintage handkerchief to create bright and cheerful letterpress wedding invitations, menus, favor tags, table numbers and assorted paper goods. You can also see more of this project on the Martha Stewart blog The Bride’s Guide here and here. Thank you so much to Claudia at The Wedding Library for paying us the honor of working together on such an exciting collaboration! ... |
The Martha Stewart Weddings party was epic. Especially, since I saw Martha in coat check of all places. The signature drinks were all adorable (as you would expect from a Martha party) and the bar featured a huge glittery chandelier. There was a lot of sweets out to enjoy, the most important being of course, the gelato by L’Arte De Gelato. Most of all, it was so fun to catch up with my fellow B-listers like Nole from Oh So Beautfiul Paper, Emily of Oncewed, Amanda of Ruffled, Vane of Brooklyn Bride and Anne of Aisledash. Plus, it was so nice to finally meet the super talented ladies, Jo... |

Martha Stewart Weddings is celebrating their fifteenth anniversary with a massive party (a faux wedding reception, where all the guests are wedding industry insiders) at The Plaza hotel in New York City. I'll return next week with the scoop on all the fun details. I heard via Twitter that Amy Atlas is going to make a candy bar, but otherwise the decor is a total surprise. The invitation was engraved in gold ink, so I'm guessing a glittery and gold motif. If we're allowed I'll take a few photos to share. I can't wait!!!... |
Every fall bridal market Martha Stewart Weddings throws a fantastic celebration and invites the who's who of the bridal industry. This year was no different as the talented team from the magazine opened their loft offices and transformed the space into quite a fete. From lucite hanging above an ice bar (by Okamoto Studio) to tons of teeny tiny foods, lots of great wedding ideas to be had here! Famed NYC caterer, Peter Callahan (who just penned this book) has cornered the market on mini wedding foods. And what he served up at this event was extraordinary! Love, l... |
