I found a great post on the Classic Bride blog about decorating the getaway car.  This detail is often overlooked because it's a fun extra that isn't on the top of most bride's to-do lists. If you want to decorate your getaway car, the Classic Bride offers some great ideas using real flowers as well as ribbons.  My personal favorite is the light pink VW bug.If you're renting a getaway car ask the company about some alternatives to a traditional white or black limo.  Some may have a classic Rolls Royce and others may have vintage cars in their inventory.  Or if you only want a vintage car se...

So I had every intention of posting some fabulous party inspiration for you (there are some amazing ones coming!)  but spotty hotel internet has me a bit stuck getting the photos I need. That and I’m dead tired from spending the day at the Martha Stewart Headquarters in New York City! It was absolutely fabulous – her offices are a dreamland of crafty amazingness. Much more to come in a larger post but here are a couple of pictures to enjoy :) I’m attending the show today (Wednesday) – can’t wait to see what she has on! ...

The Martha Stewart Weddings party was epic. Especially, since I saw Martha in coat check of all places. The signature drinks were all adorable (as you would expect from a Martha party) and the bar featured a huge glittery chandelier. There was a lot of sweets out to enjoy, the most important being of course, the gelato by L’Arte De Gelato. Most of all, it was so fun to catch up with my fellow B-listers like Nole from Oh So Beautfiul Paper, Emily of Oncewed, Amanda of Ruffled, Vane of Brooklyn Bride and Anne of Aisledash. Plus, it was so nice to finally meet the super talented ladies,  Jo...

  • One of our staffers forwarded me this adorable slideshow of scrumptious little wedding cupcakes from none other than the queen of domestic divas herself—Martha Stewart. Once again, Martha doesn’t fail to leave us googly-eyed with her beautiful treats. I love how fresh and light everything looks! Coconut cupcakes are my personal favorite, and I’ve always thought they would make a great accent to a winter wedding, but these lovely little desserts are definitely contenders in my book. What do you think? a...
