Lights, lights and more lightsWe finally changed out the lighting. If you remember, there were florescent lights all throughout the place. I had looked into some lighting options but the ones that I did love were way over my budget and because the space is so big, I would've had to purchase a truck load of them. We decided to go with these ikea pendant lights and my dad came up with the idea to make our own chandelier type of fixture. The other thing we did was change up the floor color. Red Light, Green LightDon’t be afraid of color! If you opt to not have a splash of color added to your wedding day attire (i.e… bridesmaid dresses, bouquets, etc.), you can always consider adding color with lighting. Light-Up Wedding Dresses!I love my chosen wedding dress (now that I’ve stopped changing my mind every week about what corset style I want) and I wouldn’t change it for the world! But after seeing these photos from Wedinator, Geeky Gadgets and Techchee I’ve started wishing that my dress could light up… I wonder if I’d be able to sew fairy lights around the hem of my skirt?
