This issue is notorious for putting together colour palettes to swoon over {see: here + here}. Annie Leibovitz, you rock my world.I just love the combination of golden ivory, robin's egg blue, and shades of burnt orange and think it would be stunning for a spring or summer wedding. The flowing fabrics and aptly used ruffles are ...

The groom looked similarly hot to rock in his skull themed accessories. All the music was hand picked and complimented by the couple’s favourite videos projected all night behind the dance floor.  It felt like The Rolling Stones, Bowie, Devo, Love and Rockets a...

Claudette Colbert as Ellie Andrews, Audrey Hepburn as Jo Stockton. No, they weren't real brides but the designers, writers and producers who created them certainly were. Hollywood designers and the actresses who wore their creations influenced the way we look at weddings and fashion today. All the gowns pictured here are works of art and stellar representatives of their times. What could be more 1930s than Robert Kalloch's creation for Claudette Colbert in It Happened One Night? The body-hugging bias cut was still a new, even radical concept in 1934, especially for a wedding gown. During this...
