Way back during the holidays, (doesn’t it feel like eons ago!?!) we got the White Family all in one location. And I just so happened to have a camera on me! Starting at the left, that’s Tara, the clothing designer (Toronto), Rebecca, a marketing soon to be genius for Loreal (Montreal), and Hailey, an animator (Sydney). Very artistic bunch… And here’s Geoff with his sisters. He looks a little bit menacing, don’t you think, but in a hot way, yes? ... |
Geoff and LaraGeoff White got his first camera at age ten. That's when he first fell in love. When he met his future wife, Lara, he fell in love all over again. Then, less than six months after meeting, Geoff took Lara home to Canada, to meet Geoff's family. Apparently a mishap with his passport upon re-entry to the US prompted an expeditious wedding. They married, and then returned to the bay area.Geoff White Photographers is a husband and wife team, consisting of Geoff and Lara White. What better way to say I love you than to seal it with a kiss on the most romantic day of the year, Valentine’s Day! We wanted to feature some design ideas that we felt embraced the idea of romance and love on Cupid’s favorite holiday this year. Strawberries, bubbly cocktails, delicately dangling crystals, perfectly pink orchids, and jewel encrusted dinnerware are just some of the details of these weddings that made for such a lovely, romantic atmosphere. Rose petals are always a great accent for a wedding and for Valentine’s Day, especially in shades of red or pink. The candles, ... |

Photographer Shannen Norman sent over these pictures from Candice and Geoff’s wedding and I’m so thrilled. Sometimes, couples are so dang adorable, I can’t help but share their wedding. Candice’s short dress is so chic, and I absolutely adore the long ribbon trailing from her bouquet. I also love how creative the ceremony area is, with a bevy of ribbons adorning the sky. Oh…and letting your bridesmaids pick their own dress? Honestly…BEST thing ever. Bravo to wedding coordinator Amanda from In The Now Weddings and Events for helping design such a lovely wedding. ... |
