CenterpiecesWhen I was trying to figure out my centerpieces, my florist gave me a low cost option. But I wasn’t too thrilled about it. I knew it would be inexpensive (about $130 for 20 tables TOTAL) but it would just be a low bowl with floating candles and 2 gerber daisies floating in the water. So I researched online for ideas and came up with something I am pretty excited about. I am going to create 4 paper flowers (1 green, 1 pink, and 2 white) and put them in tall vases with water beads. CenterpiecesFlowers are one, if not two things 1) expensive and/or 2) a DIY challenge…at least in my humble opinion. And honestly, there aren’t a whole lot of bright floral colors happening in the Pacific NW in January anyhow. This is why we have opted for flower minimalism, especially when decorating our 18 or so tables!
