While it may blend in if you don’t do anything to them and just use the venue’s house linens, it DOES make a statement when you put a little effort into dressing up these important areas. Even by coordinating some specialty linens for your buffet tables or action stations to match the rest of the room can transform your entire event... |

By Patrick Sullivan, Director of Service and Management Who among us hasn't had an unpleasant dining experience due to bad service? It happens all the time in restaurants and an event is no different. Which is why, from the telephone to the table, customer service is so important at Good Gracious! Events. The light-filled, glass-roofed Andalusian c... |

Food service alone is one area that often feels so expected. A standard plated first course and entree can make your event feel like any other. At Fete, we use service to set a distinct tone. For the first course at this wedding (see menu listing below), waiters walked around with 3 different types of pasta. Referred to as “Russian” service, guests could try all three and have seconds if they wanted. Waiters passed the pasta until the course was ready to be cleared. Remember that you have options for every element of your event! ... |
